| Abstract: | In view of the intense competition situations to domestic real estate enterprises caused by entering of overseas real estate enterprises into domestic market,in order to increase self competitive power of domestic real estate enterprises,reasonable engineering cost control methods are analyzed and discussed from four stages,decision making,design,construction and completion,in order to realize comprehensive control and reduce engineering cost. |
