大管径气体流量测量设计研究

摘    要:对大管径、低流速、前直管段短等复杂工况条件下气体流量测量存在的主要问题和需求进行了分析研究,结合技术需求,基于流量测量基本原理,设计了一种新型流量传感器,阐述了该种装置的组成、结构、技术特点、工作原理,建立了数学模型,以期为在复杂工况环境下实现大管介质流量准确测量提供技术参考.

Abstract:The existent key problems and technical needs on the flow measurement in complicated working condition including the big pipe,low velocity and short preceding pipeline etc.are analyzed and researched.Combined with the technical requirements and the basic measurement principle,the conceived designing of a new flow sensor is elaborated by relating to the composition,structure,technical characteristics,working principle,mathematical model.It takes expect to provide the technical reference to enhance the flow measurement precision under the complicated working condition environment.
