摘    要:为了快速、准确地制造汽车车身覆盖件,对高强度、复杂的大型汽车覆盖件的冲压过程进行了研究。利用有限元仿真对其变形过程中的回弹进行预测,并对预测结果进行研究,找出回弹根源,从而对其回弹进行预先补偿。利用有限元仿真建立了新的回弹形状补偿方法,并依据实际零件的冲压实验验证其正确性,从而为汽车覆盖件的正确冲压成型提供了理论依据。

Abstract:To manufacture the intensive and complicated automobile panel quickly and accurately, the forming process was studied. The spring back in the distortion process was predicted by finite element method (FEM), and the predicted results were analyzed to find out the reason lead to spring back, and so as to pre-compensate the spring back. A new compensation method for spring back was established by FEM, and the validity was verified through the stamping experiment of practical part, thus providing a theoretical basis for the proper forming process of automobile panel.
