管式换热器积灰监测模型的研究

摘    要:进行了管式换热器积灰的在线监测模型研究。该模型是从对流换热理论出发,得出换热器外侧积灰(用积灰热阻表示)在线监测的新方法。该方法特点是避免了直接测量热流密度、积灰界面温度和流体速度等。此项研究为积灰的实验研究提供了理论依据, 并据此理论研制出积灰监测装置

Abstract:This paper study the model on line monitoring fouling in tubular heat exchangers.Based on the fundamental principles of convective heat transfer,the new mathematical model is the new method for monitoring (it can be expressed as ash deposition thermal resistance) on surface of tubular heat exchangers,avoiding directly measuring specific rate of heat flow and the boundary temperature of fouling and the flow volicity.the device of the on line monitoring ash deposition has been developed.
