萃取法从废催化剂中提取V_2O_5的研究

摘    要:以废催化剂为原料 ,先经焙烧活化处理 ,再用还原酸浸—萃取法提取五氧化二钒。研究了萃取液组成、萃取液用量及萃取 p H值等条件对钒回收率的影响。实验结果表明 :以三烷基胺为萃取剂 ,煤油为稀释剂 ,二者比例 30∶ 70~ 6 0∶ 4 0 ,当萃取液与浸取液体积比超过 0 .4∶ 1时 ,萃取钒回收率可达 95 %以上

Abstract:Preparation method of vanadium pentoxide from spent catalyst was described in this article.The method includes following steps:roasting spent catalyst,dissolving the roas ting product by sulfric acid,and extraction of V 2O 5 from leaching solution.The effects ofpreparation conditons such as composition of extractants,pH value of liquid phase and extractant dosage on recovery of vanadium pentoxide were studied.The experiment results indicated that the extraction rate of V 2O 5 can be more than 95% when extracting solution was consisted of a 30∶70 to 60∶40 mixture(by weight)of trialkylamine and kerosene,and volume ratio of organic phase and liquid phase was 0.4∶1?
