摘    要:本文详细考察了滑动轴承支承的转子不平衡质量的大小及分布对系统稳定性的影响.大量计算结果除支持了有关文献中关于刚性转子不平衡质量的大小对系统稳定性影响的结论外,更重要的还发现:对柔性转子而言,不平衡质量的分布也是一个重要的影响因素,其程度可能要超过不平衡质量的大小的因素.计算结果表明:当转子不平衡量所引起的强迫振动的挠曲线与转子的一阶振型相吻合或接近时,对转子的稳定性是不利的.而当转子强迫振动的挠曲线与转子的二阶或三阶振型相吻合或接近时,增加不平衡量会提高系统的稳定性.

Abstract:This paper studies in detail the effect of magnitude and distribution of rotor unbalance on the stability of rotor-journal bearing system. Systematically calculated results not only support the conclusion in certain literature about the effect of magnitude of unbalance of rigid rotor on system stability, but also show that for flexible rotor the distrbution of unbalance is also an important factor, possibly more important than the factor of unbalance magnitude. It is concluded that it will be unfavorable for system stability if the dynamic deflection shape of forced vibration caused by unbalance mass conforms with the first vibration mode of the rotor, whereas the system stability will be improved by properly increasing unbalance when the dynamic deflection shape of forced vibration conforms with the second or higher vibration mode of the rotor.
