电去离子(EDI)过程处理电镀废水的研究进展

摘    要:用电去离子(EDI)过程处理电镀废水的目标在于以连续操作的方式,一方面获得高品质的淡水以返回电镀工艺作为镀件的清洗水,另一方面得到重金属离子浓度较高的浓缩液以利于直接返回到镀槽使用,从而实现电镀工艺的闭路循环。介绍了用EDI处理电镀废水的各种膜堆形式及性能,并展望了EDI应用于电镀废水处理的良好前景。

Abstract:The purpose of the recovery of electroplating wastewater by means of electrodeionization (EDI) is to achieve a continuous deionization process which, on the one hand,is to obtain purified water for the rinsing of the electroplated parts;on the other hand,is to obtain concentrated water containing high concentration of heavy metal ions for re-using in the electroplating bath. Consequently, a closed loop electroplating process can be achieved. Configurations and performances of several EDI modules are introduced in this paper. The promising future of using EDI for the recovery of electroplating wastewater is also described.
