| 摘 要： | 作为党在高校里的基层组织,高校学生党支部发挥着极其重要的政治核心和战斗堡垒作用。如何有效构建学习型学生党支部,是新时代对高校党建工作提出的新挑战。运用态势分析法对高校学生党支部现状进行态势分析,系统阐明构建高校学习型学生党组织具备的优势和存在的问题,面临的机遇及应对的挑战,并进一步提出相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | As basic party organizations in universities and colleges,student party branches play an important political role.How to build learning-type branches is a new challenge for party work in higher educational institutions.According to SWOT,this essay analyzes the current situation,expounds relevant advantages,problems in existence,opportunities and challenges,and presents feasible strategies and suggestions. |
