摘    要:随着高层和超高层建筑快速发展,地基的承载力要求很高,基础一般采取灌注桩形式,桩长和桩径尺寸较大,所以地下部分造价占整个工程总造价的较大份额;另外,由于桩基础较长,故施工难度很大.钻孔灌注桩封闭式桩底后压浆法来加固桩端地基的方法,缩短了桩长,节约了建筑工程造价,提高了桩体承载力.

Abstract:With the rapid development of high-rise buildings, the high bearing capacity of foundations is being demanded. Generally the bored filling pile, with the larger size of pile length and pile diameter is used in foundation construction, so the underground part costs a larger share of total manufacturing. Moreover, longer pile foundation lead to the construction difficulty. Therefore the method of post-grouting into closed pile bottom of bored filling is applied to reinforce the foundation pile, the length of the pile is shortened, the construction cost is lowered, the bearing capacity of pile is improved.
