WS_2/UHMWPE凝胶体系的流变行为研究

摘    要:UHMWPE具有较好的抗冲击性能,IF-WS2的抗压强度也很好.为实现WS2/UHMWPE冻胶纺丝,实验采用Bohlin Gemini高级旋转流变仪研究WS2/UHMWPE凝胶体系的流变行为.结果表明:IF-WS2纳米颗粒的加入有利于提高UHMWPE/WS2纤维的可纺性;随着IF-WS2纳米颗粒加入量的增加,凝胶体系的表观黏度和剪切应力均随剪切速率先降低再升高;各组凝胶体系的非牛顿指数在180℃时均下降较多;各凝胶体系的结构黏度指数在170℃时较小.

Abstract:It is well known that UHMWPE has extremely good impact resistance, and IF-WS2 is a kind of compressive strength partical. By using the Bohlin Geminisenior rotational rheometer, the rheological behavior of WSJUHMWPE gel system has been studied, which will be benefit for the Gel spinning of WSJUHMWPE. The result showed that the IF-WS2nanoparticles are helpful to im- provethe spinnability of the UHMWPE/WS2 fibers. To the extent, with the amount of IF-WS2nanop- articles added increasing, the apparent viscosity and sheer stress of the gel system are a function of shearrate,decreased firstly and then increased. The non-Newtonian index of the gel system in every group are all decreased at 180 ℃. The structure viscosity index of the gel system at 170℃ is lower than that at the other two temperature.
