智能调速器在农村小型水电站中的应用

摘    要:农村小型水电站大多建在偏远山区,受投资规模及人员素质限制,调速设备多采用手动控制形式,自动化程度低、调节性能差.当出现突发跳闸事故时极易造成机组飞逸,致使机组在高转速作用下引起机械损坏,在高电压作用下引起绝缘损坏,甚至危及人身安全.大、中型水电站采用的自动化设备和装置普遍都比较先进和复杂,价格昂贵,不适合在农村小型水电站中推广应用.针对以上问题,文中从实际出发,结合当前水电自动化的现状和发展趋势,详实列举了泽州县白水河一级水电站采用小型数字阀智能调速器进行自动化改造的实践与运用,分析了利弊,对于提高农村小型水电站生产效率、促进安全生产具有重要意义.

Abstract:Most of the rural small hydropower stations are built in remote mountainous area. Due to restriction of investment scale and personnel makings, the governor equipments of these stations usually use the manual control forms. Therefore the occurs, it is easy to degree of automation is low and the control form unit runaway, to lead mechanical damage under high voltage action, even to endanger performance is poor. When a sudden trip accident damage under high speed action and to lead insulation the personal safety. The automation equipments and devices that are adopted by large and medium-sized hydropower stations generally are more advanced, complicated, expensive and not suitable for popularization and application in the rural small hydropower station. In view of above problems, proceeding from actual situation combined with the status quo and development trend of current hydropower automation, the article details the automation renovation practice and application by adopting small digital intelligent governor valve in Zezhou Baishui River First Stage Hydropower and the great significance for improving production efficiency, safety. Station, and analyzes the advantages, disadvantages for promoting the rural small hydropower stations'
