泗阳节制闸闸门启闭卡阻原因分析

Analyzing the Causes of Blocking the Lifting and Lowering of Gate of Siyang Regulation Sluice

In the process to lift and lower the gates of Siyang Regulation Sluice, the phenomena of blocking some gates occurred, and the overload protection devices acted, so that the project safety operation was influenced. Through analysis, it is clear that due to corrosion of main roller shaft of the gate, the main roller couldn＇t rotate, and in the process of lifting and lowering gate, the friction fashion between main roller and track was sliding friction, therefore, the friction force was increased, and it formed the blocking of gate. After adopting some technical measures, the problems were solved and the safe operation of equipments was ensured. This experience has very good reference value for similar gate repair.
