泗阳节制闸闸门启闭卡阻原因分析

摘    要:泗阳节制闸闸门在开关闸过程中,部分闸门有卡阻现象,过载保护装置动作,影响工程安全运行.经过分析,是由于闸门主滚轮轴锈蚀造成主滚轮不能转动,在闸门升降时主滚轮与轨道间为滑动摩擦,增大了摩擦力,造成闸门升降时卡阻.经采取技术措施,解决了问题,保证了设备安全运行.对同类闸门的维修具有很好的借鉴意义.

Analyzing the Causes of Blocking the Lifting and Lowering of Gate of Siyang Regulation Sluice

Abstract:In the process to lift and lower the gates of Siyang Regulation Sluice, the phenomena of blocking some gates occurred, and the overload protection devices acted, so that the project safety operation was influenced. Through analysis, it is clear that due to corrosion of main roller shaft of the gate, the main roller couldn't rotate, and in the process of lifting and lowering gate, the friction fashion between main roller and track was sliding friction, therefore, the friction force was increased, and it formed the blocking of gate. After adopting some technical measures, the problems were solved and the safe operation of equipments was ensured. This experience has very good reference value for similar gate repair.
