基于灰色模型的火箭发动机故障检测算法

摘    要:本文以发动机系统参数定性分析为基础,对选定的系统参数建立灰色模型,对采入的试验数据通过灰色关联度分析后,利用等维新息模型对灰色模型进行参数辩识,得出定量的发动机系统状态方程组。并对方程组输出的滤波值用红线参数比较分析,确定发动机的状态。预测值作为对新采入数值灰色关联度分析的基准,以确保算法的可靠性和精度。

Abstract:Based on qualitative analysis for system parameters of liquid rocket engine,grey dynamical model is obtained for a selected system in this paper. Using test data verified by the grey relational analysis, the parameters of grey dynamical model are determined by a certained-dimension and new-information model, and then a group of quantitative equations of engine system is obtained. The filter values of this model are compared with their red lines to determine the state of engine. The predictive values are taken for a criterion of grey relational analysis for newly picked up test data to ensure the reliability and precision of the algorithm.
