面向机器人装配的并行设计系统研究

摘    要:在现有CAD系统的基础上,开发一面向机器人装配的并行设计系统,在此系统中,计算机辅助装配工艺规则和面向装栩的设计成为产品设计过程的组成部分,通过采用在设计过程的各阶段实地评价产品可装栩性的策略,实现面向装配的设计对产品设计过程的支持,并且给出一个在设计过程中优化产品装配序列的算法。

Abstract:Based on the existing CAD system, the robotic assembly-oriented concurrent design sys- tem has been developed. In the system, CAAPP (computer aided assembly process planning) and DFA (design for assembly) become parts of a design procedure. Because the strategy for real-time evaluating product assemblability at each stage of a design procedure has been used, it has been realized for DFA to support a design procedure. In addition, an algorithm to optimize assembly sequence during the design process is presented .
