摘    要:通过增大冲天炉炉膛尺寸,加大风口比保证铁液浇注温度,严格控制炉料成分和配比,加强孕育处理和改善炉前操作,并加入w(Cr)0.3%,w(Cu)0.8%合金化,使重型柴油机气缸体的材料性能达到了技术要求。

Abstract:By adjusting chemical composition, improving cupola construction, melting charge mixture ratio and melting/iron treating process and adding Cr and Cu alloys, the material properties of the 8320 model heavy diesel engine have successfully reached the technical requirement. Construction parameters of the cupola, compositions of various melting materials, and results of castings composition and properties test were described.
