摘 要: | 乌江渡发电厂二期两台水轮发电机组投产以来各部振动严重超标,各部振动摆度之大在国内大型水轮发电机组中是罕见的,检修人员进行了机组轴线调整、推力轴承受力调整、转子圆度处理、上机架基础板切向键打紧处理等多项补救措施但收效甚微,通过对机组进行稳定性试验找出振动增大原因,并进行处理。

Analysis and disposal of vibration of 250 MW water turbine generating sets |

Abstract: | Since the two sets of Wujiangdu Hydropower Station Phase II went into operation, the vibration had gone beyond the standard seriously. Such an excessive oscillation is seldom seen among the domestic large hydroelectric generating sets. After remedial measures had been taken, such as trimming the axis, adjusting the thrust bearing stress, treating the rotor roundness and fastening the upper bracket base key, very little effect was produced. By the stability test, the cause of the vibration was found finally. The treatment measures are introduced in the article. |
