甲酚红-硼酸体系可逆热致变色颜料的研究

摘    要:以甲酚红为发色剂,硼酸为显色剂,选择不同的无机填料,制备出系列可逆热致变色颜料。研究结果表明,采用Al2O3作填料,当m(甲酚红)∶m(硼酸)∶m(Al2O3)=1∶100∶50时,制备得到的热致变色颜料在65℃时由黄色变为橙红色,加热到110℃时又变为桃红色,变色敏锐,可逆性好,复色时间短;DSC检测热变色过程得出该系列变色颜料均有两个变色峰,以Al2O3作为填料的变色颜料变色温区窄,变色敏锐性好;结合红外图谱探讨得出该系列热致变色颜料的变色机理为:室温时,甲酚红为内酯环结构;温度升高后,甲酚红变为醌式结构。

Abstract:A series of reversible thermochromic paints were prepared using different kinds of inorganic compounds as filler,cresol red as chromophoric reagent and boric acid as delomorphic reagent. The results indicate that,with m(cresol red)∶m(boric acid)∶m(filler)=1∶100∶50,and Al_2O_3 as filler,the color of the paint changes from yellow to salmon pink at 65 ℃,and changes to peachblow at 110 ℃.The paint is sensitive in color changing.It also shows short color-recovering time and good reversible property.The thermochromic process of the products were investigated by DSC,which shows two peaks for color changing.The products using Al_2O_3 as filler display narrow temperature range in DSC,so that they possess good sensitivity during thermochromic process.Based on the IR spectra,it is presumed that the thermochromic mechanism of the material is that cresol red is in lactone form at low temperature and in quinoid form at high temperature.
