超临界CO_2萃取牛至挥发油的工艺研究

摘    要:采用超临界CO2萃取牛至药材中的挥发油,以挥发油产品中两种主要有效成分的质量总和为考察指标,以萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间、夹带剂浓度及夹带剂流量为考察因素进行正交实验,优选最佳的萃取工艺条件。最佳的萃取工艺条件为:萃取压力为25 MPa、萃取温度为55℃、萃取时间为2.5 h、75%乙醇为夹带剂、夹带剂流量为0.02mL/min、CO2流量为1 L/min,在此实验条件下,产品中两种主要有效成分的质量总和平均为0.141 24 g。优选得到的萃取工艺可靠、简便易行、稳定性好。

Abstract:Supercritical CO2 fluid was used to extract the essential oil from Origanum vulgare L.. The total mass of two main effective constituents in essential oil was used as the evaluation index and extraction pressure,extraction temperature,extraction time,the concentration of entrainer and the flow rate of entrainer as affecting factors, the optimal extraction process was determined by orthogonal experiments. The optimum extraction process was set as follows: extraction pressure under 25 MPa, extraction temperature at 55 ℃, extraction time 2.5 h, 75% ethanol as the entrainer, the flow rate of entrainer was 0.02 mL/min, the flow rate of CO2 at 1 L/min, in this experimental condition, the average total mass of two main effective constituents in essential oil was 0. 141 24 g. The extraction process was reliable, simple, practicable and stable.
