试论建筑节能与外墙涂料的发展

介绍了我国强制实施建筑节能后外墙涂料的发展情况。由于外墙面施工保温层后更适合建筑涂料的应用,而且涂料饰面不增加外保温系统的造价,这使得涂料具有更大的应用空间。强制实施建筑节能推动了建筑涂料的发展,如新品种涂料的出现、功能型外墙涂料应用增多、溶剂型外墙涂料应用锐减等。同时,根据外墙外保温系统的特征,制定和修订了一些建筑涂料标准。

Brief Talk on Development of External-wall Coatings after Executing of Compulsory Execution Building Energy-saving

The development state of external-wall coatings after compulsory published in our country is introduced. The application of building coatings is execution building energy-saving was more suitable after thermal insulation materials are constructed on external-wall; the cost of external thermal insulation composite systems is not in building coatings decoration; so it make building coatings has larger application space. The development of building coatings was promoted since compulsory execution building energy-saving was executed, such as the appearance of the new kind of building coatings, increasing on the application of functional external-wall coatings, the sharp decreasing of solvent-borne external-wall coatings and so on. At the same time, serials of standards of building coatings are made or revised according to the characteristics of the external thermal insulation systems.
