薄壁铝合金材料热处理工艺技术研究

摘    要:在没有查找到铝合金材料加工中有效解决变形问题方法的情况下,经反复试验,探索出了一套热处理工艺,制订了热处理参数,在刀具材料、切削用量以及工装的配合下,解决了薄壁铝合金零件加工变形的问题,稳定了加工尺寸,保证了加工精度的要求,使加工合格率〉96%。

Abstract:On the condition of shortage of documents about efficient solution to machining deformation of aluminium alloy thin-wall parts, after repeated experiments, a set of heat treatment process was found out t. Reasonable heat treatment parameters were selected, such as cutting-tool material, cutting condition and fixtures, the difficult problem of machining deformation of aluminium alloy thin-wall parts was solved, which stabling the machining dimension and making the qualified rate of aluminium alloy thin-wall parts more than 95 percent. So the requirement of dimensional precision was reached.
