论工程项目进度控制

摘    要:工程项目进度控制贯穿于整个工程项目的试车投产、工程施工、物资采购和勘察设计等全部过程。有效的工程项目进度控制能够大大缩短工程项目的建设工期,并保证工程项目质量,大幅度降低建设工程投资。本文首先阐述了工程项目进度控制原理;其次,重点分析了加权打分法在工程项目进度管理中的运用;最后,就工程项目进度控制措施进行了深入的探讨,具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Project progress control go through the entire project including production, construction, material procurement, survey and design process. Effective project progress control can greatly shorten the construction period of the project, ensure the quality of the project, get significant reduction in capital proiects. First, this paper described the control principle of the progress of the project, second, focused on analysis of the use of the weighted scoring method in the progress of the project management, at the same time, discussed the control measures of the progress of the project in-depth, it has a certain reference value.
