自动电阻焊技术在梯子梁制造中的应用

由于钢筋梯子梁结构简单、使用方便并且成本低廉，在煤炭开采过程中被广泛应用；但是，采用手工电孤焊制造钢筋梯子梁，存在产品质量取决于焊工操纵技能水平、劳动强度大且始终处于低温烘烤和有毒的烟尘环境中、要进行焊道熔渣的清理、焊接出产率低等问题。为解决这些问题，可采用自动电阻焊技术替代手工电弧焊，并且在钢筋梯子梁制造过程中，设计梯子梁专用夹具作为夹紧机构，采用PLC控制伺服电动机驱动齿轮齿条机构，进行自动定位和焊机的自动焊接。
