自动电阻焊技术在梯子梁制造中的应用

摘    要:由于钢筋梯子梁结构简单、使用方便并且成本低廉,在煤炭开采过程中被广泛应用;但是,采用手工电孤焊制造钢筋梯子梁,存在产品质量取决于焊工操纵技能水平、劳动强度大且始终处于低温烘烤和有毒的烟尘环境中、要进行焊道熔渣的清理、焊接出产率低等问题。为解决这些问题,可采用自动电阻焊技术替代手工电弧焊,并且在钢筋梯子梁制造过程中,设计梯子梁专用夹具作为夹紧机构,采用PLC控制伺服电动机驱动齿轮齿条机构,进行自动定位和焊机的自动焊接。

Abstract:Due to the steel ladder beam structure is simple, and easy to use and has low cost, it has been widely used in coal mining process. But using manual electric arc welding manufacturing steel ladder beam existing product quality depends on the welding control skill level, labor intensity and low temperature bake and toxic dust environment, weld slag cleaning, welding produce low rate and so on. In order to solve these problems, automatic resistance welding technology can be used to substitute of manual electric arc welding, and in the steel ladder beam manufacturing process, designed ladder beam special fixture as clamping mechanism, PLC control servo motor drive gear and rack mechanism, automatic positioning and welding machine automatic welding.
