摘    要:低频减载作为安全稳定运行的最后一道防线,能够有效地防止频率失稳。建立了频率稳定分析的动态数学模型,并针对实际电网的低频减载方案进行了算法优化,研究了系统在保证频率稳定的前提下如何做到切负荷量最小。仿真结果表明优化的算法可以找出系统切负荷量最小的曲线,并使系统频率很快恢复稳定,对提高电网安全稳定水平、保障对用户可靠供电有重大意义。

Abstract:As the last defense line of the power system safety and stability, the under-frequency load shedding can prevent the fre- quency from going instability effectively. So dynamic math model is established for frequency stable analysis, and the project of under- frequency load shendding is optimized in practical power system, research is made on how to make the shedding load minimum when the frequency is steady. The result of simulation shows that the optimized algorithm can find the curve of minimum load shedding, and make the frequency recover steady rapidly, it's very meaningful to improve the level of power system safety and ensure power-supply.
