催化裂化与气体分馏装置热联合运行分析及工艺改进

摘    要:介绍了中石化武汉分公司催化裂化与气体分馏装置进行的热联合技术改造,并就两装置间的热联合运行情况进行了技术分析与效果评价,运行情况表明热联合可以使两套气分装置取消加热蒸汽、武汉分公司综合能耗下降5.9%,节能效果显著。并针对运行中存在的问题提出了技术改进措施。

Abstract:The heat integration techno logical transformation of catalytic cracking and gas fractionation unit in SINOPEC Wuhan company was introduced,and we made technical anylasis and effect evaluation about running situation of the heat integration between the two units.It demonstrated that the heat integration could make the two gas fractionation canceling heating vapor,the comprehensive energy consumption dropped 6.5%,energy saving effect was remarkable.Simultaneously,we made some technological transformation in view of the existing problems in operation.
