摘    要:针对特大型高炉炉壳专用钢BB503厚板进行了焊条电弧焊、丝极电渣焊、熔嘴电渣焊焊接工艺研究,并通过焊接试验对3种焊接方法焊接的接头进行力学性能、显微组织分析,分析了影响焊接接头性能的主要因素。焊接过程中,通过施加振动可改善焊接接头的组织与性能。采用振动丝极电渣焊焊接工艺解决了90mm钢板立焊的难题,确定了BB503厚板现场焊接工艺,实现了焊材国产化,保证了焊接质量。

Abstract:According to special-purpose steel plate BB503 of oversize blast furnace hull, welding technology was studied with SMAW, KES and SES. Welded joints with three welding methods were analyzed on mechanical properties and microstructure by welding experiment. Main factors that influence the properties of welded joints were analyzed. It can improve the microstructure and properties of weld-joint with vibrating in welding process. The problem of vertical position welding of steel plate with 90 mm thick was resolved by vibrating KES welding. Welding technology of BB503 steel plate was confirmed on site. It came true that welding consumables were produced in China and welding quality was ensured.
