外压作用下球壳阀芯失稳的有限元模拟和实验研究

摘    要:为了能随一定的外部压力并很好地实现密封,设计并采用粘性介质压力成形工艺制造了不锈钢壳阀芯。采用有限元软件FEMB/Ls-dyna3d模拟分析了球壳的临界失稳压力,并进行了理论计算和试验研究。结果表明,有限元模拟结果与试验结果比较一致,而经典线弹性理论值则过于偏高。在有限元模拟的指导下研制的厚度当量为1.07mm的球壳安全满足密封和耐压要求。

Abstract:In order to endure certain external pressure and seal well, the stainless steel spherical shell is designed and manufactured. The finite\|element based code FEMB/Ls\|dyna3d is used to simulate the critical buckling pressure of spherical shell,then the theoretical calculation and the experiment investigation are performed. It shows that the simulation data are in good agreement with the experiment results, and the value of theoretical calculation is great higher than that of the experiment. Under the guidance of FE simulation, the spherical shell with equivalent thickness 1 07mm is produced. And it meets the requirement of sealing and anti\|external pressure entirely.
