甘草不同极性溶剂提取物抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:研究甘草四种不同极性溶剂提取物(正己烷、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇)黄酮和总酚含量;通过还原能力测定和DPPH自由基清除能力测定两种方法,对各提取物抗氧化能力进行研究,结果表明,极性越大溶剂萃取所得提取物总酚和黄酮含量越高。萃取溶剂极性对甘草各提取物还原能力和DPPH自由基清除能力有较大影响,极性较小正己烷对应提取物还原能力和对DPPH自由基清除能力相对较弱,而另三种极性较大有机溶剂对应提取物还原能力和清除DPPH自由基能力相对较强;且甘草总酚、黄酮含量与其抗氧化活性间存在较好线性关系。

Abstract:Studied on the total phenols and total flavonoids of four different polar solvent(hexane,chloroform,ethyl acetate,n-butanol)extracts of Radix Glycyrrhiza.The reduction energy capability and the scavenging capability of DPPH were prepared to research the antioxidant capability.Results showed that the polarity of the solvent extracts was greater,the total phenols and total flavonoids of four different extracts was higher.And the polar of solvent could have great influences on the reduction energy capability a...
