| 摘 要： | 以企业核心能力的主要影响因素为基础 ,设计了企业核心能力的评价指标体系 ,提出了企业核心能力的综合评价模型 ,并首次提出计算机评估系统 ,实现了对企业核心能力的实时评价 ,使企业能及时认识自身的核心能力 ,培养和应用自身的核心能力 ,以便在激烈的竞争中获胜。
