| Abstract: | This article takes Qingdao Anshan Road for example to explain traffic service level. Firstly, the traffic survey of Anshan Road and the crossing is conducted, and the traffic ability and saturation degree are calculated. The road service level can be determined with all the traffic factors taken into consideration and based on the American Road Traffic Ability and Handbook. |
