| 摘 要： | 将废旧轮胎橡胶(GTR)加工成为橡胶粒,合理地运用在道路路面工程中,不仅能解决环境污染问题,还能有效提高路面的使用性能。但其复杂的改性及施工工艺,制约了推广应用。采用改性剂TOR进行化学改性,解决了上述难题。以石太高速公路养护工程为例,开展了掺加TOR改善橡胶沥青性能的研究。着重介绍了橡胶沥青形成机制,面层用矿料、基质沥青、GTR、TOR等原材料选用,TOR改性橡胶沥青的技术指标,以及采用GTM方法设计后的改性沥青混合料性能检验。

| Abstract: | Rubber powder transformed from ground tire rubber(GTR) not only can resolve the environment pollution problem but also can improve the pavement service performance effectively when it is applied in the pavement project reasonably.But the complicated modification and construction technique will restrict its promotion and application.TOR modifier adopted to make chemical modification has resolved the difficulties above.Taking Shitai Expressway maintenance project for example,the research of adding TOR to improve rubber asphalt performance is developed.Several key points about rubber asphalt are emphasized including its forming mechanism,raw materials of mineral aggregate for surface layer,matrix asphalt,GTR and TOR,etc.,technology index of TOR modified rubber asphalt and its performance examination after adopting GTM method. |
