矿用隔爆产品开盖断电开关的优化设计

摘    要:矿用隔爆电气设备在煤矿井下使用时严禁带电开盖,当隔爆产品需要开盖检修前必须切断前级电源。目前隔爆产品中通常使用干簧管来达到开盖断电的目的,但在使用过程中常会出现干簧管破损等问题,针对干簧管在使用过程中出现的问题,设计开发了KPG1矿用隔爆小型电源开关,详细阐述了KPG1矿用隔爆小型电源开关的结构设计和原理,并提出解决方案。

Abstract:As is known to all that mineral flame-proof electrical equipment refuses charged uncapping when used in coal mine shaft,thus the upper power source must be shut off before the flame-proof product needs to be uncapped. At present,the reed pipes are commonly used to uncap,but some problems do exist. As for such problems,KPG1 small mineral flame-proof power switch has been developed. This paper proposes some countermeasures based on the analysis of the structural design and principle of the KPG1 small mineral flameproof power switch.
