| 摘 要： | 有机硅高沸物是甲基氯硅烷单体合成过程中产生的副产物,本文全面介绍了有机硅高沸物国内外的利用情况,并对高沸物利用方向进行了探讨,就高沸物裂解产业化的发展方向进行研究,同时就高压裂解和常压裂解二种工艺进行了可行性分析。

| Abstract: | During the direct synthesis preparation of methylchlorosilane,a large amount of high-boiling residues forms as by-product.The article discussed the application and the method of cleavage of the high-boiling residues.At the same time we studied its development direction of the industrialization.The article emphasized the feasibility of the high-pressure and atmospheric cleavage technology. |
