| Abstract: | Sandwich" sintering method dealing with the monolayer thin film pyroelectric ceramics made by tape casting was introduced. Smooth and relative high density thin pyroelectric ceramic films were got by "sandwich" sintering. The dielectric and pyroelectric properties of samples made by tape casting are almost tile same as those shaped by dry pressing. The experiment results show that the tape casting method is a promising way to make pyroelectric thin film ceramics used directly for IR detector sensitive element. |
