河坝1井盐膏层钻井液技术

摘    要:河坝1井是川东地区一口区域探井,在实际钻进过程中,钻遇了大段盐膏地层。由于上部井段钻井液固相质量分数高且分散颗粒细、严重老化等问题,抗盐膏污染能力较差。根据该井实际特点,优选抗盐抗钙处理剂,采用聚磺钻井液与SD-101和SD-202配合,提前对钻井液进行转换和调整,并辅以相应的工程措施,顺利钻穿了盐膏层,钻井液性能未发生大幅波动,保证了钻井工程的顺利实施,节约了综合钻井成本。

Abstract:Heba 1 Well is an exploration well in the eastern Sichuan, which encountered thick salt-gypsum stratum during drilling. Because of high solid contents, fine disperse and severity aging, and so on, the drilling fluids was very frail and couldn't resist the contaminated of salt or cream. On the base point of the well, resisting salt and gypsum drilling fluid additives are elected. Using Poly-Sulfonated Drilling Fluid, cooperated with Carboxymethyl Sulfoated Phenolic Resin (SD-101) and High Temperature Anti-sloughing Thinner and Filtrate Reducer (SD-202), the drilling fluids was transformed before with the corresponding engineering measures, the interval was drilled successfully, which ensured drilling smoothly and saved drilling costs.
