醋酸乙烯共聚物碱醇解研究

摘    要:本文以氢氧化钠 NaOH 为催化剂,甲醇为溶剂进行醋酸乙烯(VAC)——不饱和二元羧酸共聚物的醇解反应,研究了各种因素对醇解反应速率的影响,得到了宏观动力学规律,为制备共聚改性聚乙烯系列高分子表面活性剂工艺配方的确定,以及醇解度的控制提供了基础数据。

Abstract:The effects of concentrations of copolymer,alkaline catalyst,water and copolymer composi- tion as well as the kinds of solvent and comonomer on alkaline alcoholysis of vinyl acetate(VAc ) copolymer were investigated.It was found that the rate of alcoholysis increases with the increase of copolymer concentration,alkaline catalyst concentration and temperature and with the decrease of maleic acid(MA)content in V Ac-MA copolymer.The vinyl acetate concentration in copolymer and the rate of alcoholysis decrease in alcoholysis and the autocatalytie effect has not been found. Solvent systems have obvious effect on the alcoholysis of V Ac-MA copolymer.The expected degree of alcoholysis can be controlled effectively by selecting suitable solvent system and/or the radio of alkaline catalyst concentration and water content.The structure of copolymer has a significant ef- fect on the rate of alcoholysis.The rate of alcoholysis of the copolymer of V Ac with diethyl maleate is the smallest.These results could be used as a basis for the selection of recipe of polymer surfac- tants of copolymerization modified PVA and the control of the degree of alcoholysis.
