苔海绵Tedania sp.多糖及其中硫酸根含量测定

摘    要:为测定苔海绵Tedania sp.多糖及其中硫酸根含量,分别用水提和酸提法制备粗多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法显色,测定多糖含量,并用硫酸钡比浊法对其中的硫酸根含量进行了测定。测得水提和酸提粗多糖中总糖含量分别为16.79%,20.55%;硫酸根含量分别为24.02%,27.02%。结果说明酸提法得到的粗多糖含量及其中硫酸根的含量大于水提法。

Abstract:To determine the contents of polysaccharides and sulfate radical in raw polysaccharides from the marine sponge Tedania sp.,raw polysaccharides were extracted with hot water and diluted HCl respectively. The content of total polysaccharides was determined by the method of phenolsulphuric acid using glucose as a standard.And the content of sulfate radical in the raw polysaccharides was determined by the method of BaSO~(2-)_(4) turbidimetry.The total polysaccharides contents of the two extractions are 16.79% and(20.55%) respectively,and sulfate radical,24.02% and 27.02%.The results show that the content of polysaccharides and sulfate radical of raw polysaccharides extracted with diluted HCl were higher than those with hot water.
