| Abstract: | Shanxi is the largest province of coal and coking coal production in China. The article analyses the opportunities and the disadvantages of the current system in the course of promoting coal circulation on market-based, and offers a number of proposals about new coal and coking coal circulation system suitable for the market economy. |
