FRP残余应力及纤维最佳预张力分析

摘    要:分析了复合材料在制造过程中温变引起的残余应力和应变,同时考虑了纤维预加张力引起的残余应力和应变,提出了FRP纤维预加张力复合原理,确定了纤维最佳预加张力的范围,导出的结果是对FRP产品优化设计理论的补充。

Abstract:This article analyzed the residual stress and strain caused by the temperature changes during the producing process of composite materials. At the same time it also studied the residual stress and strain caused by fiber prestress. It proposed FRP fiber's prestress principle. It defined the most favorable range of the prestress. The derived result is a good supplement to the FRP optimize design theory.
