基于同态滤波的低速重载齿轮故障诊断研究

摘    要:对低速重载齿轮特性进行了分析,阐述了齿轮振动信号的调制原理,针对低速重载齿轮箱低频故障信息容易被强噪声淹没的实际问题,提出了利用同态滤波技术对低速轴齿轮故障特征进行提取的方法.研究表明,同态滤波技术是一种行之有效的齿轮低频故障特征提取技术.

Abstract:The character of low speed and heavy-duty gear was analyzed,and the modulation theory of gear vibration signal was explained.The real problem that the low frequency fault information of low speed and heavy-duty gear case is easily submersed in low noise ratio.To this problem,put forward a opinion that fault character of speed and heavy-duty gear is extract pertinently by homomorphic filtering technology.The practices show that homomorphic filtering technology is effective to extract low frequency fault information in fault diagnosis of low speed and heavy-duty gear.
