液体媒质非接触型压电超声马达机理研究

摘    要:介绍了一种液体媒质非接触型压电超声马达;这种马达的定子与转子是不接触的,且转子处于液体媒质中,定子压电振动所产生的能量通过定、转子间的液体传递给转子,从而驱动转子旋转,是压电超声马达的一个新的研究领域,文章给出了液体媒质非接触型压电超声马达的结构及驱动电路,对其运行机理进行了分析,并对目前存在的问题及进一步的研究方向作了阐述。

Abstract:The motor introduced in this paper is a new style in the field of piezoelectric ultrasonic motor.It is different from contact type ultrasonic motor,the rotor swimming in fluid isn't in contact with the stator directly.The energy produced by the piezoelectric vibration is transferred from the stator to the rotor through the fluid medium.So the rotor rotates by the energy.The structure and the driving circuit of non-contact type piezoelectric ultrasonic motor are introduced in this paper.The operating principle of the motor is also analyzed.The existent problems and the future development are discussed at last.
