| 摘 要： | 介绍了包钢带钢厂步进式加热炉的计算机控制系统，该系统采用专家控制，实现了燃烧过程的监控、炉温的自动调节、加热过程参数的设定等控制功能。该系统以S7-400PLC作为控制核心，并在其上实现了专家控制的控制算法；以PC机作为上位机，采用工控组态软件WinCC开发可视化监控界面。 |

| Abstract: | A computer control system adopted expert control is introduced here which is applied to reheating furnace in Strip Steel Factory of Baotou Iron and Steel Company. This system have many functions, such as monitoring the combustion process, controlling the temperature of reheating furnace, setting the parameter of reheating process and so on. taken S7-400PLC as the core, and the expert control method can be processed on the S7-400PLC. A personal computer is taken as Upper-machine, WinCC is adopted to develop the human machine interface. |
