基于模糊优化技术的蜗杆传动设计

摘    要:运用模糊理论对电动阀门中蜗杆传动参数进行了优化设计。依据模糊优化理论建立蜗杆数学模型,计算出模糊约束隶属函数,并详细地确定了最优水平截集。蜗杆优化设计的结果与实际相比,体积减小了,效率提高很多。采用模糊优化设计出的蜗杆传动比常规优化设计更符合实际情况,在生产实际中显然能够提高其使用价值和社会经济效益。

Abstract:Presents optimization design of the worm gear parameters based fuzzy theory. According to fuzzy optimization theory, worm gear mathematic model is established. Membership function is calculated by fuzzy theory and attained lengthily the most level set. By compared of fuzzy design and actual condition, worm gear all-over dimensions is decreased low level, efficient also is at length improved. The worm gear that is designed by fuzzy optimization theory is more adapted to actual condition than general optimization design. In practice, it is obvious that its useful value and society financial benefit is attained to improve at some extend.
