摘    要:介绍了先进控制与实时优化系统及其在催化裂化装置上的应用.先进控制与实时优化系统以常规PID控制为基础,通过与DCS的无缝链接,实施软测量系统、多变量模型预测控制器和反应深度实时优化器,实现减轻操作员工作强度、改善控制性能、实时计算产品质量指标、提高高价值产品收率等目标.实践证明,系统的实施取得了显著经济效益.

Abstract:Advanced process control & real-time optimization system(APC & ROPT) and its application in FCCU is introduced.On the basis of seamless coalescence with DCS and PID loops,APC & ROPT system consists of soft-sensors,multi-variable model predictive controllers and reaction-severity optimizer.Considerable benefits are achieved with its application,which remarkably alleviates the work intensity of operators,improves the control performance,calculates the real-time product specification,and increases the yield of valuable products.
