| 摘 要： | 目前剑杆织机的选色装置分为机械式和电子式两大类.本文较详细地介绍了在普及型剑杆织机上实现电子选色的各有关问题,包括机械部分、信号源、控制器和使用的直流电磁铁等.电路原理围绕混纬和选色两种工作方式加以说明,并考虑了实际操作情况.由于电子选色符合机电一体化的发展方向,它的优点将日益显示出来.

| Abstract: | The weft selecting apparatus in all rapier looms can be classified into two kinds, me-
chanical and electronic. In the papor the problems concerning electronic weft selecting ap-
paratus in the popular rapier loom, including the mechanics of this apparatus, signal
source, control unit and DC electromagnet used in it, have been explained in detail.
The circuit diagrams about the apparatus have been described according to mixing and se
lecting weft based on practical operation respectively.
The manner of electronic weft selection is in keeping up with the developping direction
of mechanism-electric union and its advantages will be recognized day by day. |
