| 摘 要： | Cre／loxp系统已成功应用于多种生物的遗传改造，并成为研究基因功能的有力工具之一。由于野生型loxp之间重组反应的可逆性，Cre／loxp系统在基因激活／灭活、基因打靶、基因精细修饰等方面的应用受到了极大的限制，而loxp突变体的出现解决了这一难题。本文就loxp突变体的筛选与应用作了系统全面的介绍。

| Abstract: | Cre/loxp site-specific recombination system, a powerful tool for gene function study, has been widely used for genetic modification in many organisms. However, due to the reversible recombination between wide loxp sites, cre/loxp system is limited when being applied to gene activating/inactivating, gene targeting, gene modification in particular. Fortunately, useful loxp mutants show great potential in these fields. This review presents the screening and application of loxp mutants briefly but systematically. |
