| 摘 要： | 针对复杂零件加工特征识别存在拓扑分析复杂、相交特征识别困难的问题,提出了利用CAD系统中以宏命令形式记录的建模过程进行特征识别的新方法。每次特征识别仅对单个建模过程中的几何实体和拓扑实体进行分析,逐一识别零件模型的所有特征,有效避免了传统方法对零件模型的全部几何实体和拓扑实体进行特征识别存在的缺陷。研究了输入数据获取和整理、基于二维草图的特征痕迹识别和特征参数获取的算法。
