| 摘 要： | 运用层次分析法构建地方院校化学应用型人才质量评价指标体系及层次分析模型。通过对质量评价指标体系进行层次单排序权重和层次总排序权重计算,得出各个因素对人才质量的影响程度,为化学应用型人才培养质量评价提供更为客观的依据。

| Abstract: | The quality assessment index system and analytic hierarchy process model of practical talents of chemistry in local colleges are constructed with analytic hierarchy process. According to the calculation of the weight of single- level ranking and generallevel ranking, the influence degree of every factor on talent quality are obtained, thus providing more objective basis for the quality evaluation of practical talents of chemistry cultivation. |
