摘    要:鉴于石油、天然气、煤等的化石类自然资源的有限性日渐突出,对以上述化石资源为原料的初加工烃产物进行深度利用,具有重大的现实意义和应用价值。混合碳四烃类即是一类重要的初加工烃类混合产品,其综合利用技术是当前化工科技界的研发热点之一。文章从分离纯化、烷基化、芳构化、加氢制备车用液化气以及回炼增产乙烯丙烯等方面对混合碳四烃类的分离和利用进行分析和对比,得出了混合碳四烃类回炼增产乙烯和丙烯因技术成熟、经济效益好,是目前较合理的混合碳四烃类综合利用路线。

Abstract:Considering the daily evidenced limitation of fossil-type natural resources such as oil, natural gas, and coal, the applications of preliminary hydrocarbon products based on the above resources make great sense and do possess value. The mixed C4 hydrocarbon is one kind of pretreated hydrocarbon products, the comprehensive utilization technique of which is one qf the hot spots in the current chemical engineering field. This work analyzed separation and application of the mixed Ca hydrocarbon from several aspects, including the separation and purification, alkylation, aromatization, car-used liquefied gas from hydrogenation, recycling maximizing ethylene/propylene production. It is found out that the technique of recycling maximizing ethylene/propylene production from the mixed C4 hydrocarbon is mature and economic beneficial, which should be the preferable comprehensive utilization route for mixed C4 hydrocarbon.
