有机化学中的邻基参与和超共轭效应之辨析

摘    要:文章对基础有机化学中的邻基参与和超共轭效应进行了辨析,厘清了邻基参与和超共轭效应的关系。在有机化学反应过程中,邻基通过未共用电子对或带负电荷的原子或原子团,或含有π键的双键和苯基等参与反应,形成过渡态或中间体促进反应的发生。而超共轭效应实质上是邻基参与的一种类型,它是通过σ,?共轭效应来体现。

Abstract:The paper is a discussion of the neighboring group participation and hyperconjugation, and to differentiate between these two concepts. In organic reactions, the neighboring group was introduced to form a transition state or intermediate via an atom or groups containing unpaired electrons or an anion, which promotes the reaction process. However, hyperconjugation is a special neighboring group participation as σ,π-conjugation.
