硫氰酸盐分光光度法测定碳钢及合金钢中钨的含量

摘    要:介绍了用硫氰酸盐分光光度法测定碳钢及合金钢中钨含量的方法。钢样用硫磷混合酸溶解后,硝酸氧化。在盐酸介质中,加入氯化亚锡和三氯化钛,将(Ⅵ)钨还原成钨(Ⅴ),和硫氰酸盐生成黄色的络合物,测量其吸光度。结果表明,该方法操作简单,测量结果的线性关系、稳定性、准确度、精密度都良好,能满足碳钢及合金钢中钨含量的分析检测要求。

Abstract:The means of determining carbon steel and Alloy steel by Thiocyanate salt spectrophotometric method was introduced in the paper. Steel sample are dissolved with Parathion mixed acid and are oxidated with nitric acid. In the Hydrochloric acid medium, adding Stannous chloride and Titanium trichloride, W(Ⅵ)was reduced to W(V), W( V )and Thiocyanate salt are taken shape the yellow compound, moreover ascertaining the Absorbance. The results showed that, this method is simple in manipulation, The linear relation, stability, accuracy and pricition of this method are well, it is able to meet a demand for analysis and examination of the wolfram cantent in carbon steel and Alloy steel.
